Milk Makeup… I’m Obsessed!

IMG_4519

I kept seeing this brand everywhere; Sephora, Urban Outfitters, Facebook…etc. I needed to find out what the fuss was all about. I bought the mascara and the lip + cheek tint. Both product are very good and I love the fact that they are made out of natural ingredients…Let’s get deeper into both products:

Milk Lip + Cheek Tint in Rally: Lovely texture and color…very easy to blend but since I have combination skin it will not stay on for long and I have to re-apply…not a big deal I still like it.

Milk Ubame Mascara in Inked: This mascara is definitely my favorite lately. Since I got it this is the only mascara I have been wearing. It gives my lashes definition and length. plus the look is so natural…what a surprise…love this mascara! Run and get it 😉

I think I will go back and get some more products from Milk…Will keep you posted!

Scalp Exfoliation…So Important for Beautiful & Healthy Hair!

Sea-Salt

This has become a huge step in my beauty routine. But still, tons of people have no idea how important it is to exfoliate our scalps at least once a week for shiny gorgeous hair. Our scalp is just like skin and it needs to be cleansed properly (not just with shampoo). We usually exfoliate our faces and bodies but we neglect that very important part of our head. Our scalp get full of dirt and buildup from hair products and it is crucial for healthy hair and scalp to never skip this step (once or twice a week). from dry scalp to hair loss…exfoliating our scalp can have major benefits and solve some of the following problems:

-Greasy Scalp

-Dandruff

-Itchy Dry Scalp

-Hair Loss

-Hair Thinning

-Improve Circulation

-Lack of Volume

These are some of my favorite products to exfoliate my scalp:

Lush BIG Sea Salt Shampoo http://www.lush.com & Christophe Robin Purifying Hair Scrub http://www.sephora.com

sea-salt-shampoo

If you want to make your own hair/scalp scrub you can mix thick sea salt with olive oil and you can add an essential oil like tea tree, rosemary, or lavender oil. Just massage it into your scalp and let it work for at least 45 minutes…The more you leave it on the bettaaaaa 😉

Until next time…
