These Pancakes are my favorite!!! Plus they are so delicious, healthy, and easy to make. Here is the recipe:

  • 2 EGGS
  • HALF A CUP OF OATS (OATMEAL)
  • A PINCH OF CINNAMON
  • HONEY…AS MUCH AS YOU LIKE (BUT REMEMBER THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE HEALHY)
  • STRAWBERRIES AND BLUEBERRIES
  • MIX THE EGGS,OATS,CINNAMON, AND HONEY TOGETHER. SPRAY CONONUT OIL O A NON-STICK PAN AND PUT THE HEAT ON MEDIUM. POUR THE PANCAKE MIX AND MAKE YOU PANCAKES LIKE YOU WOULD DO WITH THE REGULAR ONES. ON A SEPARATE MICROWAVEABLE CONTAINER CUT THE STRAWBERRIES AND BLUEBERRIES AND POP THAT IN THE MICROWAVE FOR 40 SECONDS. THIS WILL BECOME A DELICIOUS JAM. WHEN PANCAKES ARE READY YOU CAN POUR THE JAM ON TOP WITH SOME HONEY AND SPRINKLE SOME CINNAMON TOO! SOOOO GOOOOOOOD I PROMISE!!!
