Milk Makeup… I’m Obsessed!

IMG_4519

I kept seeing this brand everywhere; Sephora, Urban Outfitters, Facebook…etc. I needed to find out what the fuss was all about. I bought the mascara and the lip + cheek tint. Both product are very good and I love the fact that they are made out of natural ingredients…Let’s get deeper into both products:

Milk Lip + Cheek Tint in Rally: Lovely texture and color…very easy to blend but since I have combination skin it will not stay on for long and I have to re-apply…not a big deal I still like it.

Milk Ubame Mascara in Inked: This mascara is definitely my favorite lately. Since I got it this is the only mascara I have been wearing. It gives my lashes definition and length. plus the look is so natural…what a surprise…love this mascara! Run and get it 😉

I think I will go back and get some more products from Milk…Will keep you posted!

My Favorite Sunscreen

COOLA

I have very sensitive skin. Every single sunscreen I’ve tried (no matter how expensive or if it’s oil free) they always break out. Plus I have combination skin and I find most sunscreens to be super heavy and I end up looking like a disco ball at the end of the day. Two years ago I got a free sample at a beauty store and I tried COOLA MINERAL SUNSCREEN. I loved the fact that it is all natural and 100% ORGANIC. It has like a whipped texture and it is super super light. Plus it has a matte finish which goes perfect with my combination skin. This product is packed with natural Rose Hip Oil which is rich in free radical fighting Vitamin C. Naturally calming Evening Primrose and Flax Seed Oils deliver abundant Omega-3 and Gamma-Linolenic Acid to improve elasticity and help skin retain moisture. Natural Shea Butter smoothes and hydrates while the phyto-protector Plankton Extract rejuvenates skin. These are all amazing/powerful ingredients. I never break out with this sunscreen which is totally amazing because I have been using it for two years and I am still hooked. Each tube lasts 4-5 months (in my case)…COOLA products are not cheap but really not that expensive compared to other luxury beauty brands which products are full of chemicals and artificial fragrances. Therefore COOLA prices are totally worth it…at least to me. You can find the entire line at http://www.coolasuncare.com and at http://www.sephora.com.

BabyFace Medspa…Beauty Day!

So I really needed a facial…My skin was really asking me for it. I was breaking out everyday. My complexion looked dull and just lifeless. Total nightmare =(. I really wanted to try something different. Not the typical facial you can get done anywhere and leaves your face looking like popcorn. I decided to go to BABYFACE MEDSPA in Brickell. Patricia who is the owner and the sweetest ever told me I should try a HYDRAFACIAL. HydraFacial is the only hydradermabrasion procedure that combines cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, hydration and antioxidant protection simultaneously, resulting in clearer, more beautiful skin with no discomfort or downtime. The treatment is soothing, moisturizing, non-invasive and non-irritating.

So excited to try this new facial! Follow me on Snapchat: danigarcia86

After my HYDRAFACIAL Patricia did a little of rejuvenating laser which is great to stimulate collagen and firm skin. Everything took no more than an hour and I was so happy with the results. My skin looked decongested, glowy, and my pores… you could not even see them. What I liked the best about this facial is that my skin did not look irritated at all and I just went on with my day with a fabulous and glowy looking complexion.

BabyFace Medspa is located at 175 SW Street, Suite 1916. Miami, FL 33130

Always in my bag…

IMG_3006

These items are always…ALWAYS in my bag! On regular days I do not wear much make-up, but I do not like to look dull or washed out. I carry these 5 beauty must-haves everywhere I go.

I love cream blushes…I like that they look so natural and give a flushed healthy look. Sometimes powder blushes look too chalky on my skin and do not look that natural. I love the glow that  LE BLUSH CREME DE CHANEL gives to my face. It makes me look so fresh =) I wear color 66 FANTASTIC which is like a pinkish-fuschia. You need just a dab on your cheeks and lips and VOILA!!! You can find this creme blush at any department store or at http://www.chanel.com

Another blush that I love is the JOSIE MARAN COCONUT WATERCOLOR CHEEK GELEE in GETAWAY RED. This dark red tint gives you such a natural healthy look its crazy!!! Plus it is all natural and made with coconut water to keep your skin moisturized and glowy. You can find this at http://www.sephora.com

Next is my favorite concealer in the world: SARAH McNAMARA MIRACLE SKIN TRANSFORMER EYE AND FACE CONCEALER. I wear this on all my imperfection and it has a velvety texture that blends so perfect with my skin tone. My skin looks flawless after I use it. I wear the medium shade. You can find this product at http://www.nordstrom.com or at http://www.gilt.com which they sometimes have it on sale 😉

My PACIFICA COLOR QUENCH LIP TINT in VANILLA HIBISCUS has been my go-to lip balm for a while now. I feel like a lot of lip balms dry out my lips so when I find something that actually keeps them moist and plumped I try to stick to it. I buy mine at wholefoods but you can find it at http://www.amazon.com or natural beauty stores.

Last but not least is my mini perfume from ATELIER COLOGNE in ORANGE SANGUINE. I have the full size bottle in my bathroom but always carry this 0.25 oz. In my bag. The smell is so perfect…fresh but not too fresh like a hand sanitizer if you know what I mean 😉 The smell is citrusy and fresh with a hint of sweetness. You can mix it with other perfumes. I usually wear this scent with VANILLE INSENSEE from the same brand. Truly irresistible and lasts for hours. You can find this brand at http://www.sephora.com

I will be posting more of my faves soon!!!

My Favorite Toner!

rose water

Today I want to tell you guys about my favorite toner: Ella Grace Organics Pure Rose Water Facial Toner! I was looking for an all natural, alcohol free toner and found this one. It had really good reviews so I decided to give it a try. I was not using a toner before…and then I realized, after reading a couple of articles, how important it is to prep your skin before using your serums and/or moisturizer. This rose water balances your skin’s PH and is rich in vitamins A and C. I keep it in my fridge and use it after I clean my skin. It feels great and my skin glows instantly. Here is the link if you want to check it out! http://www.amazon.com/Rose-Water-Facial-Toner-Moisturizing/dp/B00NUFB8TO/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1442939907&sr=8-1&keywords=ella+grace+organics+rose+water
